Shuttle service to and from conference hotels and special event locations is available for all conference attendees on Thursday and Friday.

Parking for Conference

Parking:

-If you are staying at the conference hotel – Hotel Madison – please enter the parking garage immediately behind the hotel at the entrance off of Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Parking is $5 a day and valet services will not be in use during the conference so you can park in any space designated for Hotel Madison.

-If you are guest at a different conference hotel, please enter the same parking garage (the Mason Street Garage) via the Mason Street entrance. You may park in spaces designated for Hotel Madison or JMU faculty or students. Look for “Hotel Madison Overflow Parking” signs.

-We will also hold parking on the top floor and a half of the Chesapeake Avenue Parking Deck – located at 421 Chesapeake Ave – until 9 a.m. on Thursday and Friday mornings for those who choose to drive to campus. There should be a parking attendant on duty on the top floors of the garage from 7:30-9 a.m. to tell you where to park.
